ABSENTEE BIDDERS: ALL remote bidding the day of the sale is done through CCI.live.

PAYMENT TERMS: ACH payment or wire transfer ONLY for all remote bidders. Electronic payments are to be processed no later than Monday, March 17, 2025. Email Katie Yost for ACH/Wire instructions at katie@yostevents.com. All payments shall be in U.S. currency on U.S. banks only.

HOLDS: A $1,000 credit card hold is required to secure your remote bidding number through CCI.live. This hold will be refunded directly following the sale.

INSURANCE: Insurance is REQUIRED for all horses purchased via remote bidding through CCI.live. Insurance will be available through Shadle Insurance, Jon & Elizabeth Shadle, at 888-821-7629 or www.ShadleInsurance.biz.

HORSE CARE + TRANSPORTATION: Horse care is the responsibility of the buyer upon the fall of the gavel. Buyer is encouraged to contact seller to arrange for proper care. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Please see event website for a list of local transporters. All horses are to be removed from Rancho Rio by 12:00 noon, Sunday, March 16, 2025.

PAPERWORK: All horses sold will be accompanied by a signed transfer form along with current health and coggins. Brand inspection is determined by the consignor’s state requirements. Additional health testing or brand inspection may be required for interstate shipment. Buyers, please know your state regulations. Registration papers will be mailed once all payments have cleared.
